WINTER FUNDRAISER: Tom Campagna, Dave Bloniarz, Kyanna Samuels, Joanne Whyland:
The Winter Fundraiser is all set to kick off on December 1, 2011. Due to the success of the Fall Fundraising Calendar, we will have the same style fundraiser for the Winter Season. With all of the coaches’ support and enthusiasm, this fundraiser is sure to be as successful as the Fall campaign was. The tremendous participation from the coaches, parents, student athletes and faculty during the Fall Season was a great factor as to the overall success of the fundraiser.
There are 4 envelopes left from last season that have yet to be picked up. For the next calendar season, we will want to post a time limit for availability of the funds. Maybe 60 days, and then money will be donated back to Booster Club.
All of the calendars are just about done, and will be ready for distribution Thursday, December 1, 2011.

NEW BUSINESS:
We would like to open up for discussion the fact that the Awards Ceremony ran so late last week. We should develop a better time management plan for the Awards Ceremony. Each coach will be allotted 10 minutes to speak about their team. Either a team/season overview, or a few sentences about their players. This will give each team the same amount of time to be recognized. We will look into placing all of the “awards” together, closer to the beginning of the ceremony, as well.

Lynn Poehler and Kelly Holt to each receive $300 to stock the concession stand for the winter season.
Motion: To give both Lynn Poehler and Kelly Holt each $300. Second: All in favor.

POSTER BOARD IN PRIMARY BUILDING: Lynn Poehler put the bulletin board together in the Primary building. She has photos and schedules on it. She will put a flyer for the fundraiser on it. Dave Bloniarz will make a flyer.
She will also update the board, as well as list upcoming events. Thank you Lynn Poehler.

CONCESSION STAND UPDATE: Hope Collins will be working several JV games this season. There are 3 parents signed up to work the JV games. We need more parent volunteers for the basketball games, please. You may contact anyone on the Booster Club. It’s a lot of fun!

ATHLETE OF THE MONTH: 10 gift cards were purchased. All of the names of the nominees for Athlete of the Month were posted on the website. The two winners from the fall season were posted on the sign out in the front of the school and each awarded a $25 gift card.
